1. Digital Products & SaaS Services
All purchases through Bexber IT Service involve digital products and services. These are considered delivered when:
User access is granted
Accounts are provisioned
Configuration or onboarding has begun
No physical items are shipped.
Once access is provided or services are initiated, they are considered fully rendered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
The service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe due to an error on our side
A technical issue made the service unusable and it was not resolved within a reasonable timeframe after being reported
You were wrongly charged or made a duplicate payment
📅 All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
